Whether you're a seasoned leader or just getting started in a leadership role, a personal leadership profile (PLP) will allow you to articulate your values, goals, and the type of leader you aspire to be. The result is a strategic tool to help you improve your culture. Please answer the following questions as if you are sharing them with a new colleague or employee. Please provide a minimum of two sentences for each answer.
